Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction for your business—by assessing both where you are and where you’re going. The strategic plan gives you a place to record your mission, vision, and values, as well as your long-term goals and the action plans you’ll use to reach them. At SMG we take the vision, mission and goals of our stakeholders seriously. Leadership
Leadership is overseeing the project and making critical decisions that lead to the success of the project. Sound leadership delivers effective skills that motivate the teams in accomplishing project objectives and completing the project deliverables to achieve the project goals. Leadership ensures an environment that promotes communication and productivity is maintained throughout the life of the project thereby reducing the possibility of failure. AT SMG, we believe Leadership is a skill that must be honed daily. From the top-down, we ensure that we assess every aspect of our work and that we identify areas in which we can improve and provide a more efficient service. Satisfactory is not good enough and so we are continuously pushing the envelope in the classroom and within our project teams to provide the best levels of service, professionalism and quality products to our stakeholders. As much as we are a team, we are also a family, we hold each other to the highest of standards while letting our stakeholders reap the benefits.

Accountability
Accountability is the obligation for an individual or organization to account for its activities. Ensuring team members are accountable for their actions and activities on the project aide and ensuring that the project scope, schedule, and cost align with the customer's requirements. No project is too big or small for SMG. We take great pride in our work and you can rest assured that we are accountable for our services. No matter the work package or activity, when our name is involved, we ensure every aspect of the requirement and deliverable is met. We treat our customer's requirements as our own and we will not be satisfied until you are. From the first interaction to the lessons learned to debrief at the conclusion of the project, we will define a communication plan that works for you.
